Return/Refund Policy
Because this is a small business run by one person, unfortunately I can't offer returns or refunds at this time. If there is something wrong with your piece or it becomes damaged, please reach out to me at hello@stitchinghourneedlecrafts.com, and I will make it right.
Custom Order Policies
- All custom orders begin with a $30 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total cost of the piece.
- After an invoice is sent for a design, you have one week to pay it.
- Once a piece is finished, I will either mail it or deliver it locally within one week of completion, or you can come pick it up from me at Celestia Collective or an event.
- If we haven't made arrangements within two weeks, I will mail it to the provided address.
- If I cannot reach you within 3 weeks of completion and your piece is undeliverable, your custom will be considered abandoned. Abandoned customs will be added to the store inventory after 3 weeks, and no refunds will be issued.
- I do not offer returns or refunds of any kind on custom orders.
