Return/Refund Policy
Because this is a small business run by one person, unfortunately I can't offer returns or refunds at this time. If there is something wrong with your piece or it becomes damaged, please reach out to me at stitchinghourneedlecrafts@gmail.com, and I will make it right.
Custom Order Policies
- After an invoice is sent for a design, you have one week to pay it.
- Once a piece is finished, I will either mail it or deliver it locally within one week of completion, or you can come pick it up from me at an event.
- If we haven't made arrangements within two weeks, I will mail it to the provided address.
- If you have not provided an address and I cannot reach you within 3 weeks of completion, your custom will be considered abandoned. Abandoned customs will be added to the store inventory after 3 weeks, and no refunds will be issued.
- I do not offer any returns or refunds on custom orders.
