Witch's Cottage Mug

This one-of-a-kind masterpiece is a natural evolution of my work with miniatures. As a large complex pattern comprised of tiny details, this piece brings me full circle back to the kind of patterns that inspired me to stitch minis in the first place. This is the kind of home I strive to create for myself, and the aesthetic vision of my entire body of work condensed into one piece.

This cozy cottage is comprised of approximately 3,721 individual stitches done over 27 hours of active stitching time. It lives between the walls of a vintage Crafter's Pride Stitch-A-Mug, which is new with tag. Mug holds 10 ounces, is usable and dishwasher safe. Cross-stitched panel is removable and should be removed before washing to protect the stitching.
